Reservation and Payment Policy:
Table Booking Confirmation:
To confirm your reservation at The White Goa, a deposit or full payment is required. Your table will only be reserved once the payment is processed and confirmed.
Non-Refundable Policy:
Please note that once your reservation is confirmed and payment is made, it is non-refundable. We regret to inform you that no refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or changes to your reservation after the payment has been processed.
Reservation Changes:
Should you need to modify your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, this is subject to availability and the non-refundable policy remains in effect.
Special Requests and Arrangements:
If you have any special requests or arrangements, please inform us at the time of booking. We will make every effort to accommodate them, but please note that changes to special requests may not be possible once payment has been made.
